I began working in the food service industry at age 16 for a part time high school job. The next 40 or so years was spent working in various aspects of food service from flipping burgers to management to corporate dining in office buildings and factories.
Although I am not a classically trained Chef, I have had the distinct privilege to have worked side by side and be trained by some of the most talented chef's in the metro Detroit area. I try to honor my mentors by providing the same attention to detail and passion that they have in delivering a great experience to you, the customer.
